Starting Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the financial investigations team conduct financial analysis and internal control reviews related to fraud allegations.
- Analyze large data sets of information and identify anomalies in activity and financial transactions.
- Assist the team of investigators with correspondence and reporting.
- Learn to perform highly confidential and sensitive investigations into allegations of corruption, misconduct, or improper activity reported to the division.
Qualifications
- Be in your junior or senior year of your accounting bachelor’s degree program, criminal justice program, or other major that emphasizes analytical skills, research, writing, organization of data.
- Interest in public service and improving State government.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Hours: Flexible hours, 15-40 hours per week, to meet your school schedule.
