Starting Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Office’s operational planning and strategic direction in areas such as talent acquisition, training and development, organizational and performance management, employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and employee relations. 
  • Conduct research and analysis of best practices and organizational trends in HR, including reviewing reports and performance metrics from internal HR systems. 
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, concerns, and other issues.
  • Support current and future Office needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the Office.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee a performance management system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
  • Report to Office leadership and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, management, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (at least 3 years preferred).
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Focus on people and results.
  • Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the Office.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to develop strategies combined with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, principles, and applicable employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to quickly learn the Office’s HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Ability to discuss effectively, diplomatically, and concisely HR plans, issues, concerns, and findings with Office leadership, employees, and external parties, as necessary.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, best practices, and policy development.
  • Willingness to work in-office daily.
