Ganado Unified School District - Misfeasance by District Officials

Our investigation revealed that from April 2000 to September 2000, certain district officials violated laws, rules, and regulations for three construction projects awarded to one vendor that totaled over $2.8 million.  In addition, the superintendent personally contracted with the same vendor to receive construction services on his home and received personal benefits through their agreement.   A copy of this report has been forwarded to the Attorney General for review.
